In 60 days, your team will have measurably less process theater and measurably better team health — or you walk away having paid nothing.

Baseline + final health assessment

We measure your team on day one and day sixty across cycle time, WIP, meeting load, and planning accuracy — baselined against your trailing 60 days on Jira. The delta goes in writing. You keep the data either way.

Kickoff & baseline assessment

Two-hour working session with your team lead and coach. We agree on the four metrics, set the thresholds in writing, baseline against your trailing 60 days on Jira, and turn on the sync. You leave the room knowing exactly what "success" means at day 60.

Sierra Agility, full access — 60 days

Every built-in coaching experience feature. Every contextual coaching recommendation. Every team health metric we track. Up to 10 seats on one team.

The Promise

Stop running agile theater.
Prove this works.

Everything we'd normally bill for, included.

No tiers, no upsells, no "talk to sales for pricing." One team, sixty days, the full Sierra Agility platform and the entire Artisan Agility playbook behind it.

Two-way Jira sync, on from day one

Your tickets, sprints, and workflows stay where they are. Sierra reads them, writes back to them, and works alongside the paid plugins and custom scripts you've spent years building. Nothing to migrate. Nothing to rip out. Nothing to ask your VP to approve before you can find out if this works.

Charter pricing, locked for 24 months

If you continue after the pilot, your charter rate doesn't move for two years — regardless of where Sierra Agility's pricing goes.

30-minute check-in with your team lead

Every week for eight weeks. The coach reviews what Sierra is surfacing, what the team did with it, what's stuck, and what to try next. Small enough not to disrupt; consistent enough to compound.

A senior coach, embedded for the full 60 days

Not a kickoff and a goodbye. A real cadence: kickoff and baseline assessment, a 30-minute weekly check-in with your team lead, mid-pilot and final retrospectives with the whole team, and a final readout. Roughly 11 hours of senior Artisan Agility consulting, structured to translate Sierra's recommendations into changes that actually stick.

Day 0

Weekly

Day 30

Day 60

A real cadence. Not a kickoff and a goodbye.

The coach is the reason the metrics move. So the coach shows up — every week, on a schedule you can hold us to.

Mid-pilot retrospective

90 minutes with the whole team. What's changed, what hasn't, what we're going to do differently in the second half. If we're off track, this is the meeting that gets us back on it.

You don't have to leave Jira to find out if Sierra Agility works. But you’ll want to.

Sierra Agility runs a two-way sync with Jira from day one. Your existing tickets, sprints, custom fields, paid plugins, and home-grown scripts keep working. Your team can adopt Sierra at whatever pace makes sense — one workflow, one ceremony, one ritual at a time — and nothing breaks if they don't. The migration question becomes a decision you make in month six, after Sierra has already proven itself, instead of a project you have to sell internally before you're allowed to evaluate.

Final retrospective
& readout

Final assessment, the delta in writing, the coaching playbook your team built over 60 days, and the conversation about what comes next. Whether you're staying or walking, you leave with something real.

Risk. We carry it.
Not you.

Most "guarantees" make you fight to get your money back. This one doesn't, because we don't take your money up front.

If at the end of 60 days your team health metrics haven't measurably improved on at least two of the four tracked dimensions, you owe us nothing for the platform. Keep the sync configuration. Keep the assessment data. Keep the playbook our coach built with your team. Turn it off and walk away clean.

"Measurably improved" means a documented, signed delta of 15% or better, against thresholds we agree to in writing on day zero. The standard is set before either side knows the result.

Run Sierra Agility alongside your Jira for 60 days. Two-way sync, nothing to migrate, an Artisan Agility coach embedded with your team on a weekly basis to assess and assist. Finally, we measure your team's health and productivity on day one and day sixty. If the numbers don't move, you pay nothing.

We need proof, not pageviews.

Most "agile failures" aren't agile failures — they're failures of something else wearing agile's name tag. We've spent 25 years arguing that on stage and in print. Now we'd rather prove it on your team.

We're opening ten slots this quarter because we'd rather earn proof than pay for marketing nobody believes. Real metrics from real teams that look like yours are worth more to us than any ad budget. That's why the terms favor you. We need the case study. You need the result. The structure works because both halves have to come true.

Open charter slots: 10

Ten slots in the Q3 2026 cohort. When they're filled, this page comes down and Sierra Agility pilots go back to being paid up front.

Read this before you apply.

  • The catch is your team's time. Your team lead joins a 30-minute weekly check-in. Your team shows up for two retrospectives. The coach is doing the heavy lifting, but if your team ghosts the cadence, the offer is void — we're not subsidizing pilots that don't actually run.

  • You do, against the thresholds we agree to in writing on day zero. Not us, and not after the fact. The whole point of this structure is that the standard is set before either side knows the result.

  • You turn off the sync. Your Jira keeps running exactly as it did before — you've added nothing to remove. You keep your assessment results, your coaching playbook, and a clean export of anything Sierra-native. No hostage-taking. No "premium tier" required to retrieve your own work.

  • Because that's the unit of proof we need, and the unit of risk we can absorb at this scale. If the pilot lands, we'll talk about your other teams in the next conversation — at charter pricing.

  • The challenge is built for engineering and product teams at mid-size companies — roughly 50 to 500 engineers, with at least one team that's currently on Jira and frustrated about it. If that's not you, this probably isn't the right fit, and we'd rather tell you that now.

I’ve spent twenty years helping teams be more agile. Most of that time has been spent fighting their tools. So I’m not going to try to convince you Sierra Agility works. I’m going to set it up so you can prove it to yourself in 60 days, on your team, with your data — and if the numbers don’t move, you don’t pay. If they do, we both know what the next conversation is.
— Jim Schiel, Founder · Artisan Agility
